When it comes to sports gambling, or gambling in general, this guy simply does not lose. And when he does lose, he makes up for it by winning more the next time. Has he had losing days? Yes! Has he had losing weeks? Yes! Has he had losing months? Yes! But never a losing year, so he claims. That is simply remarkable! It is no wonder people have been digging through this guy’s trash trying to figure out which teams he likes and how much he likes them each week.

There is much more than tons of money and some lucky picks to Billy Walters’ story. The man that odds makers refer to as “the most dangerous sports bettor in Nevada” has remained somewhat anonymous for some time, but he recently decided to come out and speak with Lara Logan on 60 Minutes.

Here is a closer look at the life of Billy Walters. If you have ever gambled in your life, this is likely a story you wont want to miss.

Crying his nights away.

That was what he told Brown when explaining the guilt he felt after realizing the extreme nature of his involvement in dogfighting. While many tuned in to see what Vick had to say, he will hope none of the viewers were members of opposing defenses. Those guys will say just about anything to throw off a quarterback on the field.

“And, you know, it’s no way of, you know, explaining, you know, the hurt and the guilt that I felt. And that was the reason I cried so many nights. And that put it all into perspective,” he said. [TSN.ca]

Vick would go on to state that his involvement, although wrong, was based on the “so-called culture that I thought was right.” He did however take full responsibility for his actions, understanding that he could have walked away from the operation at any time.

Vick was also questioned about his previous reputation of being a player that did not work hard:

“I was lazy. You know, I was the last guy in the building, first guy out. I know that. You know, I hear everything that people say. And that hurt me when I heard that, but I know it was true.” [TSN.ca]

When you are running through opposing defenses and defeating the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field in the playoffs, it is understandable how one can become lazy at times. However, things will be different this time around.

Suiting up with the Philadelphia Eagles, the former Falcons quarterback and franchise player seems to have a renewed committment to the game. If he can be half the player he previously was, that could be trouble for the other 31 teams in the NFL. Already sporting a strong offensive line, Donovan McNabb under center, and playmakers like DeSean Jackson, Brian Westbrook, Jeremy Maclin, and LeSean McCoy, the addition of Vick makes one of the most dangerous units even better.

Just think of the possibilities the Eagles now have from the wildcat formation. Pretty scary.
