Clowney matched the description of a robbery suspect in the area, but after being detained and questioned, the officers realized he wasn’t the burglar and released him shortly after.  As for Spurrier, he didn’t do anything wrong either.  Instead, he had arranged for an officer to cuff him during his post-practice interviews in order to prove that being handcuffed and detained does not prove guilt, therefore, the media should move on from the Clowney incident.

So what did we actually learn from all of this?  Perhaps Spurrier should stick to devising offensive schemes, rather than schemes aimed to teach us lessons about life and the judicial system.

Taylor was arrested Sunday night after leaving the scene of an accident in Miami.  Police found him several miles from where the accident took place, standing outside his car which was missing a front tire.  The tire was discovered at the scene where it is believed that Taylor hit another vehicle, then the guard rail, and eventually drove off on only three tires.  After cooperating with officers, he was released on $500 bond.

Taylor’s mugshot will now be placed among like like of Jamal Anderson and Charles Rogers in Pro Football’s criminal hall of fame, but one thing that stands out in this photo is his extremely bloodshot eyes.  So was Lawrence high at the time of the accident?  Officers didn’t seem to think so because he was coherent when they arrest him.  In fact, not even a sobriety test was needed.

Maybe Taylor was just a little tired.  Smoking weed will do that to you.

After drinking and watching the NASCAR race, two friends decided to jump on their horses and go for a ride.  They were soon stopped by officers who noticed their struggle to stay on the horse and maintain control of it.  The two men were required to pay nearly $900 for bail and will appear in court next month.

The son of one of the men just doesn’t seem to understand.  After all, he has never heard of someone getting charged for a DUI while riding a horse.  Well that’s likely because no one is stupid enough to think about doing that.  At least not along the busy streets where cars are usually driving around.  The son also appears to be reading the ticket pretty closely.  Maybe he found a mistake on it under the make of the vehicle.

I wonder what would have happened it they were stoned????

What caught our attention while reading the police statement that was released Sunday.  Was that the details in the arrest, police officers noted that,

“Officers spotted three men in a 2006 Mercedes Benz and recognized Lynch as the Bills’ running back.”

So what’s the real reason why the 3 men in a Mercedes Benz were pulled over??????? Hmmmmmm, I wonder if Jim Kelly and his 2 buddies were riding in a Mercedes Benz, if they would get pulled over for no particular reason?

“A subsequent field investigation led to the discovery of a loaded firearm,” the report said. “The officers determined the gun belonged to Lynch and he was arrested for possession of a concealed firearm.”

The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department’s inmate database says Lynch was booked at 7:12 p.m. and was released on a $35,000 bond at 8:45 p.m.

Ok, so a random stop because 3 men were spotted in a 2006 Mercedes Benz driving in California and the police find a loaded firearm that of course belongs to Marshawn Lynch.  Lynch shouldn’t have a loaded firearm in the vehicle with him and we agree that he has to face the penalty.

But why were three men in a 2006 Mercedes Benz pulled over for no real reason in California on Wednesday?  I guess nobody will ever know!
