As for those of you who have decided to stick around despite that opening sentence, get ready to witness what may very well be the most gruesome video you will see all year.  It is bad enough that this kid had to suffer the embarrassment of a failed trick, but something tells me that he will be a little more concerned about the damages to his right arm, rather than the damages to his ego.

During a Tuff-N-Uff show at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Kowalski had laid a beating down on his opponent, John Gettle.  And so when Gettle had surprised him with a keylock arm-bar, Kowalski was not prepared to quit and let this victory slip away.  Unfortunately, his stubbornness would cause him to lose not only the fight, but his arm as well.

The snap was loud enough to be heard around the ring, and it took the trainers and doctors nearly 10 minutes to stabilize Kowalski’s arm before they could remove him from the ring.  Yes, the break was that bad, and this video is definitely not for those with a weak stomach.

Is it the worst arm break we have seen? It just may be!

As the player goes down on the pitch, you can see him roll his arm in a way no human arm was made to bend.  It doesn’t look like the other team took any kind of cheap shots at him.  His panicked teammate then calls for help as the referees stop play.  God-willing the poor kid is okay, but either way just watching it can be a bit of a “nails on a chalkboard” moment.  Although maybe if Dwight Howard had caused this, it would have appeased his hunger to hurt someone.

Soccer players have gotten a bad rap over the years for being, how can we put this nicely, a bunch of floppers.  While they are some of the best athletes in the world, there is a sense that with all the fake falling and trying to act injured to get a penalty call, they are less than courageous.  The situation in this video is clearly not the case.  You can see the man’s arm snap into two pieces as it bends the wrong way.

I guess that can happen with those skinny soccer arms though, right?

Total Pro Sports – I tried to watch this, then I saw a short glimpse of the man they call “King Turbo” break his arm.  Next I tried simply listening to the clip, but you can still hear the snap.  So now I have given up.  I wont describe it too much.  I’ll just tell you that if you have a weak stomach, or aren’t into seeing bones break, this video below or this video probably isn’t for you.

Reminiscent of the types of leg breaks we have observed in soccer matches, or even occasionally in MMA rings, this clip shows just how painful sports can be.  The only difference this time is you can actually hear the break, rather than just see it.

The second annual Battle of the Biceps was where it all took place.  Just when it seemed as though King Turbo was headed on to the next round, “SNAP.”  I guess that’s what defeat sounds like in arm wrestling rings.  I’m more of a fan of the bell, horn or whistle to be honest.
