Yesterday Penguins forward Chris Kunitz took it to another level and absolutely destroyed Flyers Captain Kimmo Timonen.

When the Pens acquired Kunitz, they wanted add some more grit to their line-up, mission accomplished.

After watching the clip numerous times, I’m not quite sure if it was a clean hit or not.  It did sort of look like an elbow, but in real time its hard to tell.  I’m sure that during next game Kimmo Timonen will know where Kunitz is on every shift.
