1. Randy Moss

Moss is one half of the best fantasy football combination in the league. He is coming off one of the best seasons for a wide receiver in the history of the NFL and should continue to produce monster numbers for the Pats. He should be the first WR off the board in most draft formats.

2. Terrell Owens

Dallas is going to have one of the best offenses in the league this year and T.O. will benefit from it by catching his fair share of touchdowns. Owens has long been considered one of the premier receivers in the league and even though he is getting older he continues to get open and make defenders look slow.

3. Reggie Wayne

As the uncertainty around the status of Marvin Harrison continues to grow Reggie Wayne looks to solidify his role as the Colts number 1 receiver. Wayne and Manning make up the second most potent combination in league and look to continue their solid play.

4. T.J. Houshmandzadeh

Chad Johnson is no longer the best receiver in Cincinnati and T.J. will prove once again this year why he is the man. He has been a favorite target of Carson Palmer as he has proved to be a great in the red zone. T.J. should be a welcomed player to any fantasy team as he continues to show that he is one of the top wide outs in the entire league.

5. Braylon Edwards

Edwards had a breakout season last year as he and Derek Anderson took the league by storm. Edwards is finally showing the NFL why he was a top 5 pick and he will look to continue his success this season. He should be a high pick in season formats and should go even higher in keeper league draft.

The NFL preseason is only six weeks away so its time to start looking at the players that will bring your team to the fantasy promised land. Here is a look at the top 5 Running backs:

1. Ladanian Tomlinson

Still the best RB in the NFL, even though he will soon hit his 30^th birthday, which always is a concern for running backs. L.T. should still be the first overall pick in most drafts, with the exception of some keeper leagues. The Chargers have parted ways with longtime fullback Lorenzo Neal, but don’t worry because LSU rookie Jacob Hester will step right in and fill the void.

2. Adrian Peterson

A.P. is a great player on a team with a solid offensive line and his numbers should be huge this year. He is everything Reggie Bush was supposed to be and more. Peterson is the most physical runner in the league, he is fast and he can jump cut away from defenders. He had a shot at 2000 yards last year but was hampered by a late season injury.

3. Brian Westbrook

With the exception of L.T., he’s the best dual threat running back in the NFL. He should post monster numbers this year as Philadelphia continues to run the offense through him. Few players in the league have as big of an impact on their teams offense as Westy does, which is why he will be drafted early in every league.

4. Joseph Addai

Addai is the starting running back from one of the best offenses in the entire league. He will continue to be a dual threat in the running and passing game and should post solid T.D. numbers. The return of Dominic Rhodes should not hurt his stock at all, as he will continue to be a work horse for the Colts.

5. Marion Barber

The loss of Julius Jones will mean more touches for MB3. Even though Dallas drafted Felix Jones, this should not hurt Barber that much. He is one of the most physical runners in the NFL who has a nose for the end zone. Dallas is set for another stellar offensive season, which is why you want him on your team.
