As for my second piece of advice, that would be to avoid proposing at a sporting event.  Sure, that may be the proposal that you always dreamed of, but it is probably also the proposal that she has had nightmares thinking about.  Unless she is a die-hard sports fan, there is no bigger turnoff to a woman than seeing her man get down on one knee with a bunch of sweaty players and drunken fans sitting around watching.

Now with that being said, let’s all sit back and watch this UCLA fan’s marriage proposal get rejected by his girlfriend…

Or should we say, ex-girlfriend?

Ovechkin recently posted a photo of himself and Maria on his Twitter account.  In the accompanying message, he refers to Kirilenko as his “girlfriend,” while stating “she is my queen.”

With only 8 goals and 10 assists through the first 23 games of the 2011-12 NHL season, many have suggested that there may be something causing a distraction to Ovechkin’s game.  I believe we have found said distraction.  You can check out what we are talking about in the images below.

Price didn’t appear to have much left in his legs throughout the 65 minute game, which is exactly what you would expect from any man following a night with a stunning blond woman like the one he was seen holding hands with in the video below.

While Habs fans everywhere will be asking just who this mystery woman is, hopefully Price doesn’t have a girlfriend somewhere asking the same question, else the cut-throat media members in Montreal won’t be the only ones he’ll have to answer to following Saturday night’s performance.

Here is a look at what the CBC cameras captured prior to Saturday night’s game.

On the left, standing 7-feet 1-inch tall and weighing in at a whopping 325-pounds, we give you Shaquille O’Neal.  And on the right, standing approximately 5-feet tall and weighing in at about 100-pounds, we have his tiny girlfriend, Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander.

This is usually the part where most people would insert some sort of joke about their sex life, or comment on the possible damage inflicted upon the female genitalia of Hoopz.  I, on the other hand, am going to leave my comments to myself and allow you to use your own imagination.

Yesterday we showed you the sexy arm-candy that Jonathan Toews was caught watching a Cubs game at Wrigley Field with.  Today we turn our attention to the stunning female companion of another recent Stanley Cup champion, the Penguins’ Kris Letang.

Letang has been spending his summer with Catherine Laflamme, a blonde bombshell who appeared on a Quebec reality television show called “Occupation Double.”  She was linked to Mike Komisarek a few years ago, but it appears as though she has now upgraded from one of the NHL’s most overpaid defensemen to one of the league’s best defensemen (at least in my opinion).

Although Towes and Velasquez did get some camera time, we were left unsatisfied and wanting to see more of the Blackhawks captain’s blonde bombshell.  Now we have more, thanks to some incredible bikini pics of Velasquez, which we found via Barstool Sports.  You can check them out below.

On a side note, could life be any better for Boston Red Sox fans these days?  They have the best record and the best offense in the American League and they are just boob-grabbing their female fans on live television like they own it.  Yes, Fenway Park is certainly the place to be this time of the year.

Vesely was drafted sixth overall by the Washington Wizards, and he proceeded to give everyone in the Prudential Center something to get excited about.  That something was not his great size and length, or his athleticism.  Instead, it was his tall, blond girlfriend.

Even Stuart Scott couldn’t seem to contain himself after watching the two share a rather passionate kiss before Vesely made his way to the podium to shake David Stern’s hand.

For the Wizards’ sake, hopefully Vesely’s game on the court is as good as his game off it.

Brian Witherspoon may not be a household name in the National Football League, but he is popular enough to have 675 followers on Twitter (is that even considered being popular these days?).

On Wednesday night, each of those 675 followers were informed that Witherspoon had dumped his girlfriend because she “doesn’t stand up for her man!!!”

For those who are still trying to figure out exactly who Brian Witherspoon is, he is a cornerback and return specialist who was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted rookie out of D-II Stillman College in 2008, and has since spent time with the Detroit Lions, Carolina Panthers and New York Giants.

As for his current relationship status., the guys at Funny Athlete Tweets said it best:

“Witherspoon is with his third NFL team in four seasons. It’s obvious he doesn’t like commitment.”

Actually, he is with his fourth, but who’s counting?

First Delonte West was rumored to be sleeping with LeBron James’ mom, which many felt was the reason for the lackluster performance from the former Cavs star during last year’s playoffs.  Now, following LeBron’s embarrassing 8 point performance during the Miami Heat’s Game 4 loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday, former player and current ESPN basketball analyst Steven A. Smith believes that LeBron James is going through more personal off-the-court issues, this time with his girlfriend, Savannah Brinson.

During an appearance on Mike and Mike this morning, Smith said that he has heard rumors regarding problems in James’ personal life through the grapevine.  It has since been stated that the rumors may have something to do with Savannah sleeping with fellow NBAer Rashard Lewis while LeBron was visiting South Beach.

I have a very reliable source who clubs and drinks with all of the athletes that come through Orlando. He was all over the Tiger Woods issue and knew what all happened with Tiger prior to it being released publicly. My buddy has a place in Orlando, Lake Nona to be exact, and he lives among some athletes that live there in Orlando. Needless to say he golfs, drinks, and parties with some of the best people in central Florida. So when word got to him while at the bar last night, he called me. Word got out while drinking with friends, that Rashard Lewis slept with Lebrons girl while visiting South Beach.

Whether or not these rumors are in fact true remains to be seen, but with all eyes expected to be on LeBron James during Game 5 of the NBA Finals tonight, perhaps someone should keep a set of eyes on his girlfriend.
