Picture Of The Day: Crouching Tiger, Folding Table
This gymnast has more flexibility in her than a team of NASCAR drivers. I’m not sure what this stretch is called, considering I would tear both hamstrings completely if I ever remotely attempted such a maneuver, but my guess is it’s called something like “crouching tiger, folding table.”
