<p>Just a few days ago we were poking fun at the assumed <a title="Cubs Fan Yet To Figure Out How To Use A Hat" href="http://www.totalprosports.com/blog/index.php/2009/07/cubs-fan-yet-to-figure-out-how-to-use-a-hat/" target="_self">stupidity of some Chicago Cubs fans</a>.  I&#8217;m going to go out on a limb and say that Phillies&#8217; fans are in the same class.  I wonder if they have <a title="Cubs Fan Yet To Figure Out How To Use A Hat" href="http://www.totalprosports.com/blog/index.php/2009/07/cubs-fan-yet-to-figure-out-how-to-use-a-hat/" target="_self">perfected the art of hat-wearing</a> yet?</p>
<p><span id="more-14086"></span></p>
<p>Yesterday afternoon&#8217;s game between the Phillies and the St. Louis Cardinals had to be stopped for several minutes during the top of the seventh inning due to one particular fan along the first base line who was continuously directing his laser pointer at the faces of Cardinals&#8217; first baseman <strong>Albert Pujols</strong> and shortstop <strong>Julio Lugo</strong>.  Seems like that&#8217;s the type of thing fans in Philadelphia do when they are not <a title="Series Sweep Causes Phillies Fans To Fight Each Other" href="http://www.totalprosports.com/blog/index.php/2009/06/series-sweep-causes-phillies-fans-to-fight-each-other/" target="_self">busy fighting each other</a>.</p>
<p><!--more--></p>
<p>Cubs fans should be happy to know that they no longer take the cake for dumbest fan.  They have Phillies&#8217; fans to thank for that.</p>
<p>Here are two clips from separate incidents at yesterday&#8217;s game.</p>
