Nice Prediction Dan Shaughnessy (Video)

With the Tampa Bay Rays trailing the New York Yankees by a score of 7-0 in the bottom of the eighth and the Boston Red Sox leading the Baltimore Orioles 3-2 during a rain delay in the seventh inning, Dan Shaughnessy uttered the words, “I think the one thing that we have eliminated tonight is the Red Sox season is not going to end tonight, they live to play another day…but the Rays aren’t going to come back from 7-0 with an inning and a half to go.”

Moments later the Rays capped off a six-run eighth inning, and by now we all know what happened from there. Now Rays fans and Red Sox haters everywhere have a few words for Shaughnessy: “Talk to me now Dan!”

Red Sox Fan Executes Television Boob Grab On Girlfriend (Video)

I’m not quite sure what I enjoyed more about this clip. The actual boob grab, or the ensuing two minutes of non-stop laughter from NESN commentators Don Orsillo and Jerry Remy. I mean, I love watching a televised baseball boob grab as much as the next man, but it has never caused me to laugh hysterically for more than 30 seconds.

On a side note, could life be any better for Boston Red Sox fans these days? They have the best record and the best offense in the American League and they are just boob-grabbing their female fans on live television like they own it. Yes, Fenway Park is certainly the place to be this time of the year.

Bruins Win Game 7, Jack Edwards Compares Victory To Boston Tea Party (Video)

The Boston Bruins seemed to be on the verge of blowing yet another Game 7 last night at the TD Gardens. Twelve months ago it was the Flyers erasing a 3-0 series deficit and a 3-0 Game 7 deficit to complete what may very well be the most improbable comeback in NHL history against the Bruins.

Last night it looked to be Deja Vu all over again, as the Bruins took an early 2-0 lead, before allowing the Montreal Canadiens to score the next two goals and tie things up at 2-2. Chris Kelly would score the fifth goal of the game midway through the third period to put the Bruins up 3-2, but a laser from the point off the stick of P.K. Subban with less than two minutes remaining would tie things up at 3-3 and send this game into overtime.

The Bruins had already won two overtime games this series, and Nathan Horton would make it three, as he beat Carey Price with a slap shot 5:43 into the extra frame.

That goal would send the crowd at the TD Garden into a frenzy, and it also had NESN commentator Jack Edwards reminiscing about the events from the Boston Tea Party over 200 years ago.

This is why Jack Edwards will always be one of the worst hockey commentators of all time. Could you imagine a broadcast team that included Edwards in the press box and Pierre McGuire rinkside? I think I just threw up in my mouth.

Heidi Watney Almost Throws Up After Eating Ballpark Food in Cleveland (Video)

NESN’s Heidi Watney put up a serious struggle against eating a fried chicken and waffle sandwich at Progressive Field during a segment about the “unique food,” which is presumably the only dish Cleveland has to offer the world of cuisine.

When Heidi asked the chef how he came up with the dish, he replied, “You know, I just like to have some chicken, but I’d like to have some waffles. So we put it together and… there you go.”

Heidi took a bite into the meal and almost threw up. We would too. Thanks Cleveland!

Dennis Eckersley’s Foul-Mouth Slips Up On Live TV Twice!

Total Pro Sports – Dennis Eckersley always seemed to have great control on the mound, picking his spots with most of his pitches. Unfortunately, the same can not be said of his mouth in the press box.

Taking over for Jerry Remy, as he fights lung cancer, Eck has been holding his own commentating alongside Don Orsillo on NESN. Guess Friday was just one of those off nights.

First, while showing a replay of Kevin Youklis getting hit by a pitch, Eck let viewers know just what he was saying to Mets pitcher Johan Santana as he walked to first base (“Shit!”). Later in the game, Eck would slip up again, making the honest mistake of referring to “Masterson” as “masturbate”. Dennis apparently had demons that needed to be released, and Friday night he let them fly.

Even Eck learned during his hall of fame career that not everyday is going to be a good one on the mound. Friday night he found out that the press box is not all that different.

NESN’s Heidi Watney Gives Us Some Upskirt Pics

Total Pro Sports – NESN’s Heidi Watney, who replaced the gorgeous Hazel Mae, has certainly caught the attention of Red Sox fans. In fact, she has caught the attention of any guy who enjoys looking at beautiful blond women with incredibly hot bodies. The sight of her with clothes on is one to be cherished, but what does a guy have to do to see what’s under all the mini dresses and low-cut shirts?

One man equipped with a camera attempted to venture into the land up Hiedi’s skirt. Pictures were taken of Heidi at the ballpark on April 24 before the Red Sox game against the Yankees as she prepared for an interview. Although we don’t get the “money shot”, this hottie can still produce some sexy pics with her clothes on. In her blue V-cut dress, Watney gave the photographer a nice shot of her legs, a decent cleavage pic, and a couple of Oh-So-Close “box shots”. And let’s not forget to mention those boots!

We may not get to see what we really want, but you can’t blame the man with the camera for trying. Here are some pics. For the rest, check this out.
