Penn displayed some of that athleticism recently during a day at the pool.  With the three foot shallow end clearly marked, he squats down, takes a moment, then leaps right out of the pool.  It is a pretty incredible accomplishment, and one that not many can do.  In fact, a member of his crew states that he is only the third person in the world to do such a thing.  I believe Jarron Gilbert is another, as proven by this video evidence.

So what’s next for BJ?  A title defense against Kenny Florian at UFC 101.  But until then, we suggest he straps oin a pair of flip-flops and attempts to jump into the back of a pick-up truck, like Keith Eloi.  Maybe Penn should have considered jumping out of the octagon like that last time he was in there with Georges St. Pierre.
