That resulted in a hunt between several Jays fans who had flocked to the section in the upper deck of the Rogers Center near the left field foul pole in an attempt to locate the hidden ball. And after a long search, and some help from the rest of the fans inside the Rogers Center, one lucky fan was finally able to come away with the ball and some television face time.

Here is a look at the hunt for Bautista’s foul ball.

At first I thought it was a bunch of nonsense, but then I saw the following footage, which uncovers the identity of the white-shirted man.

Who would have guessed it would be former Queen vocalist Freddie Mercury? Not me, seeing as how he passed away almost 20 years ago. Although, his involvement does seem just about as (non)plausible as the initial claims made by the White Sox pitchers.

Amidst the ludicrous claims made by the Chicago White Sox bullpen that the Blue Jays batters may be using a white-shirted man in the stands to steal pitching signs, the Toronto fans took to the Rogers Center last night in order to flash a few more signs at the Jays batters during their game against the A’s.

I’m not sure if Brett Lawrie was looking at any of the above signs when he blasted his grand slam in the bottom of the sixth inning, but you can bet that had it come against the White Sox, Ozzie Guillen’s bullpen full of conspiracy theorists and whiners would have been crying foul.

The 80s and early 90s were certainly a good time to be a fan of the Toronto Blue Jays. Not only did the team finish with a record above .500 in every season from 1983 to 1993, but they also made the playoffs five times between 1985 and 1993, and won back-to-back World Series Championships in 1992 and 1993.

The Blue Jays organization looked to bring back some of those great memories as they kicked off the second half of the season by hosting an 80s night at the Skydome Rogers Center. Those in attendance were certainly feeling it, as many fans dressed up in their neon tights, spandex workout outfits, mesh rocker t-shirts, and/or wacky wigs. Even the popular DeLorean DMC-12 from “Back to the Future” was in attendance.

The fans weren’t the only ones caught up in 80s fever, as the Blue Jays’ players were doing their best impression of the 1980s Blue Jays teams, demolishing the Yankees by a score of 16-7. Here is another look at 80s night in the Skydome.

Although Makdessi’s knockout of Watson would not win the “Knockout of the Night” award on this occasion, it must have at least made UFC President Dana White’s decision to give Machida the award much more difficult than it should have been.

Here is a look at the second best knockout of UFC 129, which may also be the UFC’s second best knockout of the year.

We promised we would provide you all with that clip today, so staying true to our word, here is it.

I guess you can consider this to be a case of Couture “going out in style.” as the Hall of Famer is once again set to retire from fighting in the octagon. However, it would have been a much better story had he been the one administering the kick, rather than the one eating it.

This is the face of Canadian mixed martial artist Mark Hominick. Mark used to have a normal forehead like you and me, which was free of any bumps the size of the Himalaya Mountains. And then he stepped into the octagon with Jose Aldo at UFC 129 in Toronto, Ontario.

Now he’s not so pretty anymore.

During a recent supercross event in Toronto, dozens of fans began throwing their fists in the stands for several minutes, while one (yes, one!) security guard attempted to break things up. I am not quite sure who was on what side or what the argument was about, but regardless of what got this fight started, at times it appeared as though it would never end.

Here is a look at what transpired from several different angles. While the first video captures footage of most of the fight, the others will provide you with a better view of the action from within the pile of bodies.

With the Yankees in town to play the Blue Jays, the youngster along the third base line made a nice grab on a Robinson Cano grounder. Unfortunately the ball was ruled fair and Cano was rewarded with a double. As for the ball boy, he would have his glove confiscated by third base umpire Gary Darling and turned over to authorities.

Later in the game it was the Jays’ mascot, Ace, getting in on the act as he used caution tape to prohibit the ball boy from leaving his seat and interfering with any more balls.

This is not an error. These Jays are for real and leading the American League East with a 23-12 record.

Tonight’s game was dubbed the battle of former teammates, with the Yankees A.J. Burnett up against Roy Halladay. The Jays ace showed the world why he is still one of the best pitchers in the Bg Leagues, pitching a complete game 5 hitter against the Yanks.

The game also marked Alex Rodriguez’s first game back at the Rogers Center since admitting to the world he took steroids when he was playing with the Texas Rangers. Jays fans showed little remorse for A-FRAUD booing him every time they had the chance. Some fans even created signs showing their displeasure for Rodriguez.

The best sign of the night has to go to these creative Jays fans who were seated in the lower level. Their sign read,

Call The Doc A-Rod Needs A Shot

Unfortunately, on this night it didn’t seem like A-Roid or the rest of the Yankee’s weren’t enjoying the Doc’s prescription. What he was giving them apparently didn’t have enough “juice” on it. Guess its a good thing Roy’s fastball is all about the movement.
