Only in soccer would we see a player fall to the ground in agony after whiffing on a shot attempt.  I guess when you are a superstar like Steven Gerrard, you simply don’t miss such opportunities.  And when you do, the only way to hide from the embarrassment is to grab your leg and drop to the pitch like a sniper just picked you off from the stands.  Nice try Steven, but I’m not buying it.

Rumors have been swirling around the possible break-up between Curran and English international football star Steven Gerrard, but that didn’t stop the two from vacationing together in Ibiza, where the gorgeous WAG was spotted wearing a South African inspired bikini swimsuit.  And needless to say, she filled it out quite nicely.

England may have failed to accomplish their World cup goals, but it looks like Gerrard was still able to return home with one heck of a trophy.  And it comes with its own flotation devices, so you can bring it in the water without worrying about it drowning.

Reports have been surfacing over the past few days that the problems surrounding England’s national football team existed beyond the pitch and into their dressing room.  Word has it that tensions were high between former team captain John Terry and current captain Steven Gerrard.

With Terry losing his captaincy after having an affair with the girlfriend of former English international and Chelsea teammate Wayne Bridge, he felt it was only right for Gerrard to receive similar treatment after he (allegedly) impregnated the 16-year-old sister of his current wife, Alex Curran.

I believe that news makes this image that much more interesting.

At the age of 35, Victoria Beckham has decided that life as an upmarket fashion designer and mother of three no longer requires 34DD breasts.  As a result, the most popular WAG of the soccer world opted to have her breasts reduced to a size 34B.  that makes her larger than she originally was back in her days a Posh Spice, but much smaller than when she first arrived to Los Angeles with husband David Beckham.

The operation took place approximately three weeks ago and Victoria is currently healing in France.  An inside source gave the following information on Posh’s decision for surgery and her current whereabouts:

“Victoria has wanted her implants taken out for a while. She felt that was part of her old WAG image – the big hair, big boobs, fake tan – and that she has moved on since those days.

“She had the op three weeks ago and is very pleased with the results. After the op she came to London for business then went to France to heal properly in private.” [The Sun]

We at TPS suspect she has been talking to Simona Halep.  Maybe they will get a special group deal on breast reductions.

With Victoria finally looking to settle down, it is anyone’s guess who will be the next big WAG to step in and fill her shoes.  Here are some suggestions:

• Sophie Houghton, who is currently getting to know Man U’s Ferderico Macheda.

• Luana Belletti, who has spent a night or two with Cristiano Ronaldo.

• Alex Curran, property of Liverpool’s Steven Gerrard.

• Danielle Lloyd, currently with Jamie O’Hara, but she has been around.

Of course there are many more, but we will just have to wait and see what develops.

This seems like a stretch for such a star, but that is what the English International claims he used to live by when attending night clubs with teammates.  While it is not a bad creed to live by for some, we expect that most sports athletes on the world stage making millions of dollars do not need to settle for such standards.  Money may not be able to buy love, but it sure can buy beauty.

As for Gerrard, he must have abandoned that idea at some point.  Otherwise how would he explain his hot soccer WAG Alex Curran?  I don’t think anyone would be calling that ugly anytime soon.
