Belichick’s dominance over Ryan was evident on Sunday night, as the Pats steamrolled the Jets during a 37-16 victory in front of a national audience.  As the Jets exited through the tunnel at MetLife Stadium following the game, one fan decided to remind Rex that he was the inferior coach on that night by telling him, “Belichick is better than you.”

Anyone who knows Rex could probably guess what his response was.

“Shut the f**k up.”

Stay classy Rex.

Although we expected the Lions and the Bills to be much improved this season, seeing both of them undefeated three weeks in has left many of us speechless.  As for Lions head coach Jim Schwartz, the only appropriate words he could find to sum up his team’s perfect start following their overtime victory over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday was “Bam MotherF*ckers!”

Tom Brady’s

Actually, Jaworski’s slip of the tongue came while he was discussing Chad Henne’s incomplete pass attempt to Brandon Marshall midway through the fourth quarter, but we suspect that by that time Brady already had him all worked up, resulting in the following comment:

“(Henne) knew he had the one-on-one matchup going down the right sideline. Sh*t, you have to get rid of this ball just a split second quicker.”

Jaws would later apologize for the comment, which really wasn’t all that bad, if you ask me.  You can hear it for yourself in the video below.

When the Pittsburgh Penguins won the Cup two years ago, it was Petr Sykora unleashing the f-bomb during his Stanley Cup hoist.  Last night it was Mark Recchi following in Sykora’s footsteps, as the only thing he could think of to sum up the feeling of winning it all was “f*cking right!”

Moments later Recchi announced that he had just played his final game in the NHL, as the 43-year-old is finally set to retire.

What a way to go out.  “F*cking right” indeed Mark!

Ethier had a single and a game-winning home run in extra innings yesterday to lead the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 5-4 victory over the Florida Marlins.  However, he also struck out in the sixth inning, which led to a rather loud, expletive-filled outburst as he made his way back to the dugout.

If this is how he swears when he is recording a hit every game, I’d hate to hear what he is going to sound like when his hit-streak finally comes to an end.

So with that being said, have you ever wondered what your favorite linebacker may be barking at the opposition as he stalks their quarterback just before the snap?  Maxim had just that in mind when they asked several NFL stars what their favorite swear words are.

And as you would expect, most provided them with the usual f*ck, b*tch and sh*t.  As for Eli Manning, his favorite expletive is exactly what you would expect from a Manning.

“Gosh Darnit!”

Seemingly taking a page from the book of Serena Williams, that was how Dwight Howard expressed his feelings as he made his way to the bench early in the third quarter during last night’s game.  Microphones in the area caught the disgruntled Magic center saying “I’m gonna f*ck somebody up” as he was taken off during a substitution.

It is not the first time we have heard an athlete curse during a live broadcast, and we surely don’t expect it to be the last.

Although no one would be harmed, we couldn’t help but fear for the life of the Detroit Pistons players and the officials as Howard received a technical later in the game and would eventually foul out in the fourth quarter.  D12′s final stat line would read 8 points, 5 rebounds, 3 blocks and 3 turnovers in just over 16 minutes of play.  Thankfully, no executions would need to be included in there as well.

During the Penguins’ Stanley Cup skate following their 2-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings, Sykora was in line to get his chance at skating around with the cup over his head.  After having it passed to him by teammate Miroslav Satan, he hoisted Lord Stanley and yelled enthusiastically,  “Ya! Fu*kin’ Right!”  Thankfully NBC’s on ice cameras were able to catch the great sound bite.

Sykora has now added his name to a long list of athletes and other members of the sporting world who have had a slip of the tongue caught on live TV.  Much like MLB umpire Mike Winters’ swearing rant, Sykora may not have realized just who would be listening.  Perhaps he has watched one to many editions of Coaches Corner.  Don Cherry’s f-bombs have a way of entrenching themselves in the minds of others.  Even Ervin Santana may have been a victim.

The pain of a broken foot was not enough to keep Sykora off the ice for this great moment, and when given the chance to hoist the Cup, he made the best of it.  Fu*kin’ Right Petr!
