Cleveland State Buzzer Beater From 60 Feet

Cleveland State WinsTotal Pro Sports – With a dreadful Monday Night game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns game as the headliner,  nothing to unexpected was going on in the sports world last night.  So we were delighted to have been able to catch a rare college basketball game between the Cleveland State Vikings and the Syracuse Orange.

Don’t ask me why we were watching this meaningless game? but when you live in the Great White North, we were not blessed with NCAA basketball.  So any college game we get on televison is a blessing for us.  Any Americans interested in watching our University Basketball?  Didn’t think so, it’s an absolute joke.

The game ended up to be a good one, Syracuse tied the game with 2.2 seconds after trailing late.  But then Cleveland State Vikings, Cedric Jackson threw up a prayer from about 60 feet with no time remaining on the clock and won the game for the Vikings.

It seems that over the past couple of years the Syracuse Orange and Jim Boeheim have lost games to non conference teams in which they should of handily won.  Last year it was they lost games to Rhode Island and UMass.

Who else will it be this year?

The festivities were not done there.  Jim Boeheim post game interview is even better then the game, I guess the sound man didn’t watch the game.  Ahh well! Atleast it made Monday Night!
