This is an interesting twist, as the WWE owner has now showed his full support for the Nuggets opposition in the Western Conference finals.  As for the cage match between McMahon and Kroenke?  We might have to wait on that one for now.

Vince McMahon used his interview with ESPN to once again voice his displeasure with the Nuggets organization, and poke fun at the poor business skills of Kroenke.  It was also stated that a joint press release was rejected by Vince because of its nature, which involved an apology to the Nuggets.  Instead, the WWE is scheduled to have their own press conference today at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York, where Vince will disclose the proposal he received.

Also on tap in the upcoming week:  Vince McMahon plans to have some fun with this whole issue by calling out Kroenke on Monday night at the event in Los Angeles, and also will stage a Nuggets vs Lakers type of wrestling match.  Stay tuned.

In the mean time, here is Vince McMahon’s interview with ESPN.
