At only 20 years of age, Kane is not far removed from the days he used to play the game himself. His father, Pat had the following to say about his son’s honor:
“For Patrick, growing up and playing this game his whole life and then to be on the cover, he is so excited about this, it’s not funny. And the greatest thing about is that he’s a kid and the kid’s coming out of him on something like this.” [TSN]
Also taking part in the promotional press conference put together yesterday was top prospect John Tavares. The two played each other in the game with Tavares winning the series two game to one. The big question is, what team did he play with to beat Kane?
