Joe Flacco Wants To Play On Your Fantasy Football Team

While patience may be a good idea, you don’t want to settle for someone like the Detroit Lions’ Matthew Stafford.  Although he is making some nice connections off the field, we don’t expect the same on it.  So who might fit the bill under-center for your team?  Joe Flacco has just the man for the job.

In his NFL Fantasy File video, he makes a strong argument as he nails flying frisbees out of the arm from quite a long distance.  Not bad for the Baltimore Ravens’ second year man.

Okay.  So the video may be a fake, but Flacco did have himself an impressive rookie season last year, posting 2,971 yards passing, 14 touchdowns through the air, and two more on the ground.  I would not recommend him as a fantasy starter just yet, but Flacco should be considered a quality back-up for the 2009 season.
