Jykine Bradley Nails Rob Bagg For CFL Hit Of The Year
Total Pro Sports – The NFL is still weeks away, but in the meantime, Canada’s version of football (known as the CFL) has helped some get their much needed football fix this summer. Along with some goofy touchdown celebrations, the men in this league have also shown an ability to provide some highlight reel plays and hits.
That was evident this weekend for anyone who tuned in to catch the Hamilton Tiger-Cats take on the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
In the early stages of the fourth quarter, the Roughriders were leading 23-16 as their offense made its way towards midfield. On second down, they needed eight yards. Quarterback Darian Durant stepped back to throw and heaved one over the middle that was grabbed by wide receiver Rob Bagg, but not without paying the price.
Jykine Bradley had the play read the entire way and annihilated Bragg. Surprisingly, it was not enough to knock the ball loose. Unbelievable hit! Even crazier catch!
They may not be in the NFL, but these CFL guys can really lay the body on someone, both on the field and off it.
