CFL Fan Shows Off Some Field Goal Post Acrobatics

CFL Fan Shows Off Some Field Goal Post AcrobaticsTotal Pro Sports – Their players may not be of the greatest quality compared to those in the NFL, but the fans of the CFL are second to none.  After all, when was the last time you saw an NFL fan pull off such a wonderful display of field goal post acrobatics?

Now I will be the first to admit, even as a Canadian the pain of sitting through a CFL game can be quite excruciating at times with punts coming every three plays.  Although the possibility of a barn-burner is always present, when things aren’t going so well just leave it to one of the many fans in attendance to steal the show.

During Friday night’s game between the Calgary Stampeders and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at Ivory Wynne Stadium, one Ti-Cats fan did just that as he scaled up to the top of the field goal post and slid down the pole.  He then performed some tight-rope walking and added in a few pole spins before an impressive dismount into the arms of the awaiting cops below.

I’d give the guy a 9.5 for creativity and an 8.5 for the dismount.  It’s the kind of pole performance that even Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett can appreciate.

Should things not work out well in Indianapolis, there is always room for you in the CFL Hank.
