Ice Dogs’ Ryan Strome Scores A Dandy (Video)

After a somewhat quiet rookie season in the OHL, the Niagara Ice Dogs’ Ryan Strome has come on strong in his sophomore season, recording 9 goals and 17 assists in only 16 games.  And while his 1.625 point per game average is quite impressive, it is the manner in which he has been scoring his goals which has caught the eyes of several NHL scouts.

With a great set of hands and a strong sense of creativity on the ice, Strome has terrorized opposing defenses with moves like this one he pulled on the Plymouth Whalers last Thursday night.  It looks like this kid has a little Jordan Eberle in him.
