The Stat Line of the Night – 11/17/10 – Chris Bosh

Chris Bosh had to know his numbers would take a dip after signing with the Miami Heat and teaming up with Dwyane Wade and LeBron James. Still, I doubt he thought they would be as low as they were heading into Wednesday night’s game against the Phoenix Suns.

But the Heat pounded on the Suns and the rout was on early. This gave Bosh a chance to show how dominant he can be in a game when given the chance. Bosh had scored 20 or more points in a game only once before last night, when he dropped in 35 against the Suns in just 30 minutes of playing time.

He drained 12 of his 17 shots from the field and was a perfect 11-11 from the free throw line. He also added 6 rebounds, 4 assists and a steal. That performance led the Heat to a 123-96 laugher over Steve Nash and the Suns, who had no answers for Bosh and the Heat defensively.

Chris Bosh has The Stat Line of the Night for 11/17/10.
