Homeland Security Shuts Down Live Stream Sites. Where Will I Watch My Sports?

With a snowstorm expected to rip through the city of London, Ontario, I decided to avoid the terrible weather conditions by staying in last night and enjoying free live streams of sports events from around the NHL and NBA, via one of my go-to sources.  After completing some work I thought I had just enough time to catch the shootout between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Florida Panthers.  I quickly entered the site’s address, pressed enter, and the following page came up:

It appears as though the Department of Homeland Security has seized most of the sites that those of us without NHL Center Ice or NBA League Pass would use to get our North American sports fix.  So now what?  Does this mean we must pay the money for those over-priced packages?  Or do we simply have to settle for watching live updates consisting of different colored dots on the league’s website?

If you have any ideas where I may be able to find my next go-to free sports streaming website, feel free to share.  Just don’t let the people at Homeland Security find out.

Here is a list of some of the Live Streaming Sports Sites that have been shut down.
