Professor Splash Dives Into Kiddie Pool, Breaks Shallow Dive Record (Video)
Professor Splash was busy living up to his name in Norway a few weeks ago as he broke his own world record by belly-flopping 36 feet into a kiddie pool filled with only 12 inches of water. Darren Taylor (that is his real name) has been a professional high-diver for the past 25 years and he also works as a stunt diver.
As he states in the video before performing the jump, the key to a successful dive is landing flat in order to dissipate as much water as possible for a cushion effect. It appears as though he did just that, and the fans seemed to enjoy every second of it.
