Al Harrington Knocks Reporter Out With One Punch (Video)
Due to an unfortunate labor dispute in the NBA, the players are currently locked out. That means they aren’t getting paid. Obviously, this creates a problem for them, since they are accustomed to a certain standard of living. Without that $150,000 paycheck every week, how can they afford to pay the shark tank cleaners?
Luckily, a few NBA players have other skill sets to fall back on. Take Al Harrington of the Denver Nuggets. Growing up Harrington was an avid boxer, and even as a pro basketball player he’s kept it as part of his off-season workout routine. For this reason, Harrington decided the lockout was the perfect time to try his hand at MMA fighting.
A web “reporter” (more likely a comedian, I suspect) caught up with him for an interview at his training facility recently, wanting to see how he was progressing in MMA. Next thing you know, they decide it would be fun for the two of them to have a friendly spar in the octagon.
As you would expect, the 6’9” 250 lb Harrington knocks his “opponent” out with a single punch.
The lengths some guys will go to for a gag.
