Jet Skiing Through The Streets Of New York During Hurricane Irene Seems Like A Good Idea (Video)
I always thought skiing through the streets of New York following a snow storm was a great idea, but suddenly it doesn’t seem as great as jet skiing through the streets of New York following a hurricane.
YouTube’s Mr516Rockstar demonstrated the latter as he took his jet ski to the flooded streets of Oceanside, New York following Hurricane Irene and video recorded himself as he zipped by parked cars, houses, a 7-11 and a Dunkin’ Donuts on Lawson Street. The water in the streets only appeared to be about one foot deep, which was just deep enough for his jet ski to maneuver through the water, but shallow enough for him to not have to worry about saving any drowning pedestrians.
Here is a look at the clip.
