Roof Of Hockey Arena In Slovakia Collapses (Video)
The guy who constructed the Metrodome probably isn’t the same guy that constructed this hockey arena in Námestovo, Slovakia, but their buildings appear to share some very similar structural issues.
Former NHLer Richard Zednik was running a hockey school at the newly constructed rink in Slovakia when parents of the children on the ice began to notice that the roof was caving in. Everyone was quickly escorted off the ice, just in time to grab their cameras and watch the roof come crashing down due to the unbearable amount of snow that had accumulated on top of it.
Thankfully, no one was injured during this incident and it was all captured on camera. Check it out.
