Dereck Chisora Fights David Haye During Press Conference Following Loss To Klitschko (Video)
Saturday’s WBC Heavyweight Championship bout between Dereck Chisora and Vitali Klitschko was quite the entertaining fight, especially when you consider the fact that Chisora was able to give the champion his toughest challenge since Klitschko lost to Lennox Lewis back in 2003. Interestingly enough, despite being an entertaining fight, it was still a lot less entertaining than what transpired during the pre-fight and post-fight press conferences.
We have already showed you what took place during the pre-fight presser, as Chisora decided to add some fuel to the fire by slapping Klitschko in the face when the two went nose-to-nose. Vitali would eventually get his revenge, as he handed Chisora his third loss in four fights, but the fighting didn’t end there. During the post-fight presser, heavyweight boxer David Haye decided to make an appearance and call out Chisora.
Haye may have been looking to get a piece of Chisora later on in the year, but the two would eventually come to blows a lot earlier than expected, as they went after each other with dozens of reporters looking on.
For those who believe that this was nothing more than an attempt to hype an upcoming fight, we should inform you that it was much more than that, as David Haye is now wanted by the Munich police, while Chisora has been called before the British Boxing Board of Control to explain his actions both before and after the bout.
