Peyton Manning Buys A $4.5-Million Mansion In Colorado (Gallery)
On March 21, 2012, Peyton Manning signed a five-year contract with the Denver Broncos that was worth $96-million contract. A total of $58-million of that is guaranteed. And in 2011, Sports Illustrated estimated his annual income from endorsements to be approximately $15-million.
Simply put, the man has a boatload of money.
It should therefore surprise no one to hear that he spent $4.575-million on a 16,000-square-foot home that is situated on 3.37 acres of land in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. So exactly does a 16,000-square-foot home consist of, you ask? the answer is “seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a media and billiards room, as well as a “safe room” and, like Casa de Shanahan, an elevator,” according to NFL.com.
Looks like Peyton will be hosting the Denver Broncos’ team parties from here on out.
