Denver Company Puts Up Billboard Making Fun Of Broncos’ Elvis Dumervil For Getting Arrested (Pic)
In case you missed it, Denver Broncos defensive end Elvis Dumervil was arrested over the weekend on suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Apparently the guy was cruising around South Beach with some buddies when another driver cut them off. Dumervil and his friend, Andy Auguste, got out of the car to go yell at the dude. The victim alleges that Dumervil and August then pulled up their shirts to show him the guns they had tucked into their belts. We should also mention that this same man failed to tell police that, according to an eye witness, he too got out of his car and threw something at Dumervil’s car.
Of course, just like Adrian Peterson, Dumervil is denying the reports and saying he’ll soon by vindicated.
However, that hasn’t stopped one Denver business from assuming the worst. A company called MultiLine International Imports put up a billboard that says the following:
“Dumervil: Stick with the Guns that made you a Star.”
And of course, next to the slogan is a picture of Dumervil with arrows pointing at his biceps.
Check it out:
It’s pretty funny, but I thought people were innocent until proven guilty in this country?
In any case, the same company put up a billboard last year begging the Broncos to go with Tebow at QB. So they’ve got a history of this sort of thing.
