Robert Griffin III and His Wife Celebrate Their Marriage With a Bizarre Rap Video
In case you didn’t hear the news, on Saturday Robert Griffin III married his college sweetheart, Rebecca Liddicoat.
So how did the burgeoning NFL superstar celebrate his marriage? Like everyone else, really: by making a weird rap video referencing the sensational tabloid murder trial of Jodi Arias.
The video is called “Pop Rocks & Tootsie Pops,” which is a reference to a rather inventive sex act Arias described to the jury at her trial this past spring for the murder of her boyfriend, Travis Alexander.
And it seems as though the video wasn’t actually filmed after the wedding, as RG3 insinuated in his Facebook post. The same video Griffin posted on Facebook was actually uploaded to YouTube back in March, several weeks after Arias mentioned the confectionery coitus in her trial. However, you can’t really tell that Griffin and his bride are even in the video, because he is wearing a Green Goblin mask and she is wearing a hat and big sunglasses. So, really, it seems that RG3 just decided to celebrate his wedding by alerting the world to the fact that he made this video back in March.
Either way, it’s weird.
See for yourself:
So is RG3 trying to tell us that he and Rebecca celebrated their nuptials with some candy-assisted love-making? You’re guess is as good as mine. I will say, however, that I’d rather not see any more of this from the Redskins QB. It really creeps me out.
