Look, nobody likes leg day at the gym. You get less return for all the hard work you put in, compared to when you’re working your core or upper body. It can be pretty frustrating. I get it. But here’s the thing: if you don’t put the time in, you’ll have a great upper body perched atop a puny, weak set of stems like our buddy Tyson Chandler here.
The Olympic Gold Medalist and All-Star center for the New York Knicks is one of the best defensive players in the NBA. However, when he’s not wearing those long, baggy basketball shorts…wow. The dude has chicken legs.
