D-Rose Is Back, and He Had Thunder PG Reggie Jackson Twisting and Turning All Over the Place Last Night (GIFs)

Derrick Rose blows past Reggie Jackson

Well, maybe it was worth the wait after all.

Bull’s MVP point guard Derrick Rose missed all of last season after tearing his ACL. However, he returned to full-contact practice in January, and doctors cleared him to play in the spring. But he didn’t. Whether physically or mentally, he simply was not ready. There were some whispers that maybe he had lost confidence, and this in turn sparked panic deep in the hearts of Bulls fans.

However, it’s looking like reports of Derrick’s demise have been greatly exaggerated. The dude is back starting for the Bulls this preseason, and with every passing game he’s looking stronger.

Last night against the Thunder, for example, he had a game-high 26 points. And, more importantly, he was doing stuff like this:

Thunder point-guard Reggie Jackson was twisting and turning all over the place. It was vintage D-Rose, and it sure was good to see.

Maybe this spring we’ll finally get the Eastern Conference Finals matchup we’ve all been dreaming about: Bulls vs. Heat.
