Uniform Fail: Watch the “Los Angeles” Just Fall Right Off DeAndre Jordan’s Clippers Jersey (Video)

It’s a given that sports uniforms are going to get ripped or otherwise destroyed from time to time. After all, it’s sports, not chess. But shouldn’t they be able to handle basic tugs and pulls?

Well, you would think. But I guess they don’t make them like they used to.

Case in point: last night in Philadelphia, where the “Los Angeles” fell right off the jersey of DeAndre Jordan during the Clippers-Sixers game. Sure, a guy grabbed his shirt a bit, but he didn’t yank it or do anything particularly unusual. He just pulled a bit, and the “Los Angeles” script fluttered to the ground.

See for yourself:

Is that weird or what?

There have been a ton of sports wardrobe malfunctions over the years, but I don’t think I’ve seen anything quite like that. Was that thing ironed on instead of stitched, or what?
