Gruesome Hockey Injury of the Day: Christian Ehrhoff’s Ear Sliced in Half by a Hockey Puck (Pics)
Before we get started, please take a moment to come up with your own corny Christian Ehrhoff-ear injury pun.
Here’s an example: Christian Ehrhoff? More like Christian Earoff. (Cue rimshot.)
Okay, now for the story. Yesterday, while the poor, hapless, worst-team-in-the-NHL Buffalo Sabres were getting pounded by the Philadelphia Flyers (final score 5-2), defenseman Christian Ehrhoff got hit in the ear with a puck.

No joke. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Seriously. This is your last chance. Scroll down any further and you will be disgusted. The entire post up until now has just been me stalling to give you a chance not to see this.
But okay, fine, you want to see it. So here it is:
I don’t know about you, but my #toughdayattheoffice usually entails spilling coffee on my shirt.
Hockey players are tough.
