Here’s Video of Chargers Linebacker Thomas Keiser Beating Up an Unsuspecting Bar Employee
When Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman shouted harsh words at Michael Crabtree on national television after the NFC Championship Game, everybody lost their minds. What a disgrace! What an a-hole! What a thug!
When Chargers linebacker Thomas Keiser went to a bar after his team clinched a playoff spot and beat the pulp out of a bar employee, everybody…um…yeah, nobody even heard about it.
After the Chargers beat the Chiefs on December 29 to clinch a spot in the playoffs, Keiser went to a San Diego bar called Barleymash with his dad to celebrate. After a while, a manager came by and told Keiser’s dad that his son was cut off because he’d had too much to drink. Then, after Keiser bought another round of drinks anyway, the manager kicked the two of them out.
Keiser didn’t challenge that manager to a fight like a man, though. He left, came back in the bar, waited, and then ambushed him.
San Diego’s ABC10 obtained the video surveillance footage that clearly shows the attack. Embedding has been disabled, so if you want to watch the whole thing, you can do that here.
However, if you just want to see the attack, well here you go:
Keiser was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery. He posted his $8,000 bail, played in the Chargers’ two playoff games, pled guilty on March 24, and was sentenced to six months in jail.
Nope, totally kidding. Keiser is a professional football player! He was sentenced to a fine, probation, and 20 hours of anger management counselling.
What a shithead.
