Travis Kelce Shows Some Style Celebrating TD with Ric Flair Strut (Video)
Travis Kelce is giving the Chiefs fans something to be excited about. Which is nice, because not much else about the 2-3 Chiefs is terribly compelling for fans.
Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, found his way to the endzone, which is always nice for a tight end who often spends more time blocking and running two-yard drag patterns than going downfield.
So that’s exciting. Touchdowns are the name of the game in football. But they’re pretty damn common. It’s not like a soccer goal.
So to spice things up and make his accomplishment EXTRA memorable, Travis Kelce gave the folks in attendance and on TV a little something else. Namely, he broke out the Ric Flair strut to celebrate. That’s awesome because a) it’s the Ric Flair f*ckin’ strut, and b) he demonstrated that he knows who Ric Flair is, a wrestler whose career largely predates the entire life of Travis Kelce.
Here’s the video:
That’ll do, Pig. That’ll do just fine.
Oh, the Chiefs lost, btw. But that’s not what this is about.
