Is a Dwayne Johnson Twins Remake in the Works? Because That Would Be Awesome (Pic)
Yesterday, Dwayne Johnson got on Facebook and posted a selfie of himself reading the script for a “big” new action comedy, claiming there would be a “surprise announcement” about his co-star later this week. (Though I guess it’s not a surprise any more.) Then he gave a hint, followed by a bunch of hashtags, all of which suggest a Dwayne Johnson Twins remake is in the works.
You do remember Twins right? Ivan Reitman‘s 1988 (ahem) “classic” starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito as fraternal twins who were conceived in a test tube as part of some sort of eugenics experiment? The thing was basically one long sight gag (“OMG HE’S SO BIG BUT HE’S SO LITTLE!”), the highlight of which was Schwarzenegger losing his virginity to Kelly Preston.
Anyway, I’m only guessing a Twins remake is the project Mr. Rock is so excited about. But I think it’s a pretty good guess.
Given that the Rock had hinted the day before at an upcoming project with renowned little man Kevin Hart, it makes all kinds of sense.

See what I’m saying? But again, I could be wrong.
