Vikings’ Matt Kalil Knocks Hat Off Heckler’s Head After Loss to Packers (Video)

Matt Kalil knocks hat off heckler's head

On Sunday, the Minnesota Vikings lost by three points to the Green Bay Packers. You would think Vikings fans would be relatively please with that outcome, seeing as how the Vikings are terrible and the Packers had won their previous two games by a combined score of 108-34.

However, at least one Vikings fan thought his team should have won. And that fan thought stupid penalties by offensive tackle Matt Kalil were to blame. So after the game the fan waited around for Matt Kalil to leave the stadium so he could heckle him.

As it turned out, though, Matt Kalil was in no mood to be heckled. So he walked up to the fan in question and…knocked his hat off his head. Junior high style.

Take a look:

Later, ESPN’s Ben Goessling was able to track that fan down and get his side of the story. Here it is:

I don’t know about the “threw my program in his face” part. Seems to me like he missed him by a couple feet. But everything else he says seems about right.

We know @Kirby_Fuckett is the guy, too, because he later tweeted this photo of himself wearing the infamous hat:

So who’s side are you on, internet? Matt Kalil’s, or the fan’s?
