Networks airing NFL games are always quick to update us on in-game injuries, and they’re never ones to shy away from telling us when a player has taken a trip to the local hospital.  But during Thursday night’s clash between the Dallas Cowboys and the Chicago Bears, CBS and the NFL Network went one step further than usual when they actually broadcast footage of the Brandon Marshall ambulance ride from Soldier Field after the wide receiver sustained a rib injury.
