Khris MIddleton Sinks Buzzer-Beating 3 For Bucks Win Over Suns (Video)
Khris Middleton gave Milwaukee Bucks fans (all seven of ’em!) something to cheer about last night as he drained a buzzer-beating three against the Phoenix Suns to give the Bucks the victory in a hotly contested game.
The shot came with about 1.5 seconds left, off of an inbound play that was actually started by Khris Middleton himself. He tossed the ball in, immediately got it back, then put up a drifting, turning, ill-advised, contested three-point attempt—which, in typical Bucks fashion, bounced around the rim for a good two seconds before falling and giving the Bucks the 96-94 win.
Middleton called the shot the craziest of his career, which I don’t think anyone has any trouble believing. Take a look and you’ll see why:
Middleton’s thoughts on the shot itself? “”It wasn’t the greatest look but it fell for me.”
All that matters is that last part, Chris.
