LeBron James Questions Reporter’s Negativity Following Loss to Hawks (Video)
Despite entering the season as favorites to win the NBA title, the Cleveland Cavaliers have stumbled out of the gate and are currently sitting in fifth place in the Eastern Conference with a 14-10 record.
These types of early struggles for a team with so many new faces on the roster shouldn’t come as such a big surprise to anyone. But it hasn’t stopped the media from coming at them with a negative line of questioning after every loss—their latest coming last night at the hands of the Atlanta Hawks.
Following the 127-98 loss to the Hawks on home court, one reporter felt the need to ask the Cavs’ biggest star if he was embarrassed. In response, LeBron James questioned the reporter’s negativity, asking the dude if he “always asks negative questions?”
You can watch as LeBron James questions the reporter’s negativity in the video below. It happens near the end:
LeBron wasn’t the only one feeling the heat after the loss. Kyrie Irving was, too. Not from reporters, but from himself, as he sent himself back out onto the court well after the game had finished so he could work on his failing jumper.

I’m sure it’ll all come around for the Cavs at some point this season, but until it does, the tension will no doubt continue to grow.
