LeGarrette Blount Holds Up “Bitch Mode” T-Shirts During Parade (Pic)

LeGarrette Blount 'Bitch Mode' t-shirt

Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown and added another 31 receiving yards against the Patriots at Super Bowl XLIX.  And he probably would have had a second, game-winning touchdown had Pete Carroll given him the ball at the Patriots one-yard line with less than a minute remaining.  Despite the loss, you’d think a performance like that would earn you some respect from the opposition, but that hasn’t been the case for Lynch.

Case in point: This ‘Bitch Mode’ t-shirt being held up by Patriots running back LeGarrette Blount during the team’s victory parade on Wednesday:

Bruce Irvin was not impressed…

…and quite frankly, neither am I.  For starters, Blount only managed to rush for a measly 40 yards on 14 carries (2.9 yards per carry).  Blount isn’t even half the running back Lynch is.  Who’s he to insult the five-time Pro Bowler?

And what did Lynch say or do to the Patriots to cause him to become a target?  I can understand the Richard Sherman trolling.  But I don’t get the Marshawn Lynch trolling.  And apparently, Blount doesn’t either, even though he took part in it.  Here’s what he tweeted with regards to the shirt later on in the afternoon:

A ‘Bitch Mode’ t-shirt isn’t exactly a sign of respect.  I’m sure Lynch would agree.

Can’t wait to see what he has to say about this at his next press conference.
