Rockets Troll LeBron After Beating Cavs 105-103 (Pic)

Rockets troll LeBron James

The Houston Rockets edged the Cleveland Cavaliers 105-103 on Sunday in a hell of a game filled with lots of animosity. There were five technicals, including one on LeBron James for pushing Patrick Beverly. And of course there was also a flagrant foul, handed out to James Harden after he decided to kick LeBron in the nuts.

That animosity didn’t end with the buzzer, either. After the game, the Rockets PR folks took to Twitter to troll LeBron with this:

I’ve always hated the “King James” nickname, so I will admit that the tweet is kind of amusing.

That said, it’s not like the Rockets destroyed the Cavs. And aside from a kick to the nuts, Harden didn’t really outperform LeBron. Harden had 33 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. James had 37 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 3 blocks. If you ask me, that hardly justifies this level of trash talk.

Moreover, if I were a Rockets fan, this would make me a little uneasy. In the event that the Cavs and Rockets meet in the finals, the last thing I’d want is to see the Rockets troll LeBron and provide the best basketball player in the world with some extra motivation to kick our ass.

But that’s just me.
