Tim Tebow Comeback? Jesus's Favorite Quarterback Might Take Part in Veterans Combine

If you’ve been getting down on your knees every night begging the Lord for a Tim Tebow comeback, your prayers may soon be answered. Emphasis on may.

According to Ben Volin of the Boston Globe, the ESPN/SEC analyst is thinking about taking part in the NFL Veteran Combine at the end of the month.

Tebow hasn’t taken a snap in the NFL since the 2012-13 season, and conventional wisdom says NFL teams just aren’t interested. But Tebow isn’t ready to give up on his NFL dream just yet. The former Heisman winner and two-time BCS national champion has been working with grammatically challenged quarterback coach Tom House over the last few years, and House says Tebow has improved big time.

“He went from being a little inaccurate and a whole lot of spirals,” House explains, “to throwing very accurate and real good at spinning the ball.”

Frankly, this is a little hard to believe. Seems to me that, if Tebow was capable of becoming a more accurate passer, he would have done so already.

Then again, anything is possible for the Lord. So I’m not counting Tebow out just yet. Let’s see what he’s got!
