Steph Curry Hit 77 CONSECUTIVE 3’s in Practice Yesterday (Video)
Steph Curry may have pulled his most impressive feat this season with very few people around to watch it. Reports have come from ESPN and the Golden State Warriors that the record-setting three point shooter and MVP candidate knocked down 77 consecutive three-pointers in practice today.
It’s an unbelievable number, but if anyone could do it, the smart money would be on Steph Curry. According to “witnesses” he also knocked down 94 out of 100 during that stretch, which is also very, very, very, very, very good.
Here’s a brief clip via a Tweet from the Warriors:

Now, it’s possible that this story is just part of the pre-playoff hype machine, and that he was actually just walking through diagrammed plays for most of the day. But I’m inclined to believe it, and a little upset that there isn’t footage of the whole thing. Though you never know when lightning is gonna strike, it would be nice to see this on video.
Meanwhile, James Dolan posted on Twitter that his Knicks team successfully made it 3/4s of the way down the court during practice without anyone dribbling off their foot or chasing errant butterflies that found their way into the team’s practice complex.
