Sad Steph Curry Blows It as Cavs Win Game 2 (Videos)

Sad Steph Curry

For the second time in as many games, the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors needed overtime to determine a winner during their NBA Finals series.  But this time, it was the Cavs who emerged victorious.

The reason for the Cavs’ 95-93 victory?  Some may point to LeBron James‘ 39 points, 16 rebounds, and 11 assists.  Others will surely point to the Warriors’ Steph Curry, who made just five of his 23 field-goal attempts, while going an abysmal 2-for-15 from three-point land.

Sure, he may have made the game-tying layup at the end of regulation…

…but with the Warriors trailing by one and less than ten seconds remaining in overtime, he aired out his attempt at a game-winning basket…

…and on his team’s final possession, trailing by just two, he committed the game-ending turnover:

What does this all mean? Two things:

#1. Sad Steph Curry:

#2. We have a series!

Game 3 is set for Tuesday in Cleveland. Watch it. Trust me.
