ABC Tried to Censor the Cavs Fans Bullsh*t Chant During Game 4, Because No One at Home Had Ever Been to a Sporting Event Before (Video)
When I was a kid, I thought it was absolutely hilarious when fans got angry at the refs and starting chanting “BULLLSHIIIT! BULLLSHIIIT!” Like, after cotton candy, it was literally my favorite thing about going to a game. And I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the only kid who thought that way.
Today’s kids have the internet, of course, so they probably aren’t as sheltered and innocent as I was back in the day. But I suspect they still love going to games and shouting “BULLLSHIIIT” at the top of their lungs.
I bring this up because, on Thursday night in Cleveland during Game 4 of the NBA Finals, Cavs fans got a bit fed up with Joey Crawford‘s crappy officiating. So they started expressing their disapproval the way sports fans always express their disapproval.
But ABC? Oh no, they couldn’t have that. So they would mute the audio feed for the broadcast every time the fans said “SHIIIT!”
Good job ABC, You saved America’s youth. Phew!
