Blackhawks Celebration Begins with “We Are the Champions,” End with Johnny Oduya Half-Naked in a Nightclub (Video)
What does an NHL hockey team do after they’ve just won their third Stanley Cup in six seasons? Well, if you’re the 2014-15 Chicago Blackhawks, first you get drunk on cheap beer, form a chorus line, and sing Queen’s iconic “We Are the Champions” at the top of your lungs. Then you go clubbing with DJ Tiesto and the Stanley Cup, and eventually Johnny Odyua takes off his shirt.
On Monday the Hawks defeted the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Finals. The win officially made them a dynasty, so obviously they were ready to party. First came the chorus line:
Then, after everybody got that out of their systems, a bunch of Blackhawks hit up The Mid Chicago nightclub with Tiesto and Stanley.
Corey Crawford was there. So was Scott Darling, Brandon Saad, Kris Versteeg, and, obviously, Johnny Odyua.
