The Tom Brady Appeal Was Yesterday, and Sources Say Things Are Looking Good Everybody’s Favorite Uggs Model
Bad news, Patriots haters. The Tom Brady appeal was yesterday in New York, and according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, league officials were no match for Tommy’s dimpled chin and baby blues.
We have no idea what was actually said during the 10-hour hearing at the NFL’s New York headquarters. However, sources told Schefter that Brady gave “an A+ performance,” coming off as “genuine, earnest, and persuasive.”
Was told by person in today’s appeal that Tom Brady’s greatest ally was…Tom Brady. Offered explanations in all areas. Now up to Goodell.

The hearing was supposed to wrap up in late afternoon. However, it ended up running way long, with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell not leaving until the sun was going down.
Patriots owner Robert Kraft couldn’t be there, but he submitted a very compelling affidavit described as having “almost a holy feel to it”…whatever the hell that means.
Of course, none of this means Goodell was actually persuaded to reduce the four-game suspension Brady received for his presumed involvement in the Deflategate scandal. But it certainly seems like Schefter’s sources are trying to give off the vibe that it’s a real possibility. So stay tuned.
