Dodgers Broadcasting Legend Vin Scully Remembers Yogi Berra (Videos)
On Wednesday, the baseball word lost one of its few living legends when Yankees great Yogi Berra passed away at the age of 90.
While Berra was undoubtedly one of the greatest catchers ever to play the game, over the years he had become just as famous for his “Yogi-isms” as his performance on the field. So who better to give a eulogy of such a man than baseball’s poet laureate, the great Vin Scully?
Of course, Scullly no longer calls road games for the Dodgers. So we’re very fortunate that they were at home on Wednesday night, hosting the Diamondbacks.
